The alarm went off at 4:30am, a time of day I usually see from the opposite approach. It is now 7:10am, daylight is trying to find its way through the morning fog and I have just boarded the plane on my way to a two day work session with Judith Foster.
It's funny when, on occasion you do a little check-in with yourself and see that you're a bit anxious; you feel like your life is on a trejectory into something and you're running to keep up. It's not a bad feeling but definately not the settled feeling of the comfort zone. i just keep moving my feet and seeing where they take me. Time to shut off all electronic devices.

Safe trip. Trust your path, even if it veers off sideways every now and then. Love you.
